Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Contract End Date: November 14, 2026
Pay Details:

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the applicable travel radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $72.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,592.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $33.89
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,220.04
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,371.96

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $75.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,700.00
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized, high-quality nursing care to critically ill and medically complex newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The RN will care for neonatal patients requiring advanced monitoring and specialized interventions. Level IV NICU experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
' Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and medically complex newborns in a Level IV NICU
' Assess neonatal patients and monitor vital signs, clinical status, and response to treatment
' Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized neonatal care plans
' Administer medications, treatments, and specialized interventions according to physician orders and established protocols
' Coordinate and prioritize patient care based on neonatal acuity and clinical needs
' Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
' Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
' Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding the infant's condition, treatment, and plan of care
' Provide compassionate support and education to families from diverse cultural and language backgrounds
' Follow professional nursing standards, hospital policies, and patient safety practices
' Demonstrate effective organization, coordination, and evaluation of neonatal patient care
' Utilize computer systems to accurately document and manage patient information
Qualifications:
' Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program ' Required
' Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) ' Preferred
' Experience: Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience required
' Level IV NICU experience ' Required
' Strong knowledge of professional nursing principles, practices, techniques, and procedures
' Excellent verbal and written communication skills
' Ability to work effectively with patients and families from diverse cultural and language backgrounds
' Basic computer skills and accurate clinical documentation abilities
' Current Oklahoma RN license or active Multistate Compact RN license
' BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) ' Required
' NRP certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) ' Required
