Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM ' 7:15 AM
Hours: 36 Hours per Week (3x12s)

Compensation

Travelers / Stipend (W2)

• Blended Hourly Rate: $70.00/hr
• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,520
• Taxable Hourly Rate: $34.00/hr
• Weekly Taxable Gross: $1,224
• Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,296

Travelers (1099)

• Hourly Rate: $73.00/hr
• Weekly Pay: $2,628

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates
• Monitor and assess infant conditions and respond to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products as ordered
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams
• Educate and support families throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans
• Delegate appropriate tasks to support staff

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience
• Level IV NICU experience required
• Level I Trauma Hospital experience required
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Advanced NRP Certification required
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Ability to float throughout Children's Hospital units as needed
