ROLE

Will see patients in Ambulatory Surgery & Endoscopy Center

' 5 shifts per week, 8 hour guarantee or 4 shifts with 9 hours per
' NO CALL. No nights, weekends or holidays.
' Join 1 anesthesiologist and multiple CRNAs.
' 4 surgical suites with potential for growth

PACKAGE

$100k Sign on Bonus(Can be used for relocation or medical education)

W2 Salary up to $310,000 depending on experience, # of days worked

PTO 33 days + Paid Holidays + Generous CME Package

YOU

'Ability to obtain/maintain provider license in state of Illinois
'1+ years experience preferred as CRNA or RN in Critical Care setting
'Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist or Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist welcome to apply, provided have already:Graduation with a minimum of a master's degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
