  • Coverage Type: Locums
  • Shift Length: 24-hour in-house coverage
  • Shifts per Month: 68 shifts
  • Schedule: Onsite for full 24-hour stretches
  • OR / Procedures: As needed
Licensure & Certifications
  • Board Certified OB/GYN: Required
  • Active Illinois License or Active IMLC LOQ: Required
    • LOQ must be uploaded at time of name clear
  • Experience Level: Experienced providers onlyPractice Setting
    • Inpatient: Yes Labor & Delivery floor
    • Telehealth: No
    • Patient Population: Obstetric & gynecologic patients
    • EMR: Cerner
    • Lab & Pharmacy: Onsite
    Clinical Volume & Services
    • Daily Volume: 1015 OB triages/day + deliveries
    • Coverage Expectation: All OB triages seen by on-call physician
    • Services Provided:
      • Vaginal deliveries
      • C-sections
      • Circumcisions
      Job Responsibilities
      • Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage on L&D
      • Manage obstetric patients and deliveries
      • Handle emergency gynecologic cases
      • Perform inpatient consultations
