Locum Tenens OB HospitalistLocation: Clyde, North CarolinaSetting: OB Clinic and HospitalStart Date: November 6, 2025Duration: Ongoing (multiple dates in November & December; potential for ongoing pool coverage)Key Scheduling Details
  • Shift Type: Call only (beeper call)
  • Call Ratio: 1:3
  • Response Time: 30 minutes
  • Patients per shift: 25
  • Facility Beds: 11
  • Admissions: Required
  • Rounds: Assigned and unassigned
Clinical Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain temporary privileges
  • Must have clean NPDB and malpractice history
Licensure & Certifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Required
  • North Carolina License: Required
  • Fellowship: Preferred
  • Certifications Required:
    • ACLS
    • NRP
    • Electronic Fetal Monitoring (within 2 years)
Additional Info
  • EMR: Paragon
  • Reason for Need:
    • Coverage gaps due to provider on FMLA, a new provider, and another on sabbatical
    • Currently only one delivering physician
