- Shift Type: 24-hour call (7a7a)Clinical Requirements
- Duties/Procedures: General OB/GYN
- Support Staff: RN available
- Board Certification: OB/GYN Requiredor Truly BE (0-5 years of Residency completion)
- Experience with Epic EMR: Required
- Must complete self-paced modules prior to virtual EMR training
- Virtual training must be completed before the first working day
- CO License: Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission) Required
- BLS: Active Required for credentialing
- DEA: Active Required
- Site will accept a transferred DEA but provider must retain it for the entire assignment
- Current locum unable to fill scheduled dates
