Schedule: MondayFriday, 8a4:30p (clinic)

Call: Inpatient call every 3rd week (1 in 3)

Coverage Requirements: Full-time; must offer at least 3 weeks per month to be considered

Practice Setting: Hospital-based (Cancer Center)

Support Staff: Nurses, CMA, and APP support

Admissions: Required

Patients per Day: Approximately 15

Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Special Procedures: Bone marrow biopsy

EMR: Cerner

Board Certification: Required

Fellowship: Oncology (Required)

Licensure: Active WV License Required (Willing to License)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Required)

DEA: Required

Experience: Minimum of 35 years required

Credentialing Timeframe: 4560 days
