  • Need is urgent ASAP - ongoing until 2024 (high probability of extension)
  • Looking for providers who have active IN license, CSR and DEA and have Cerner experience
  • Schedule Hours for Clinic: 40 HRs Weekly
  • Schedule Days Clinic - 4 days per week (Locum's choice of days) - Daytime Hours 8am - 5pm
  • Patients Daily (Average): 15
  • Call Night/Weekend No Call
  • In-network access to advanced medical & surgical care
  • Full diagnostic capabilities on campus, including PET CT
  • Consultative call only during work hours only
  • Age of Patients: Adults
  • The position is a general Oncologist - outpatient and only provides consultation, if needed, to employed Hospitalist (which rarely occurs) and inpatient rounding only if necessary (another rarity)
  • Administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive medications, including antibiotics, iron, IVIG and blood products
  • Fellowship Required Hematology/Oncology
  • 9 Chair On-Site Ambulatory Infusion Center
  • Inpatient Only
  • Hospitalist routinely admit and cover patients at night
  • Practice autonomy in collegial work environment
  • Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 PA/NPs, 2 Office Staff, 1-2 NPs/avg., 1 Office Staff
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible
  • Active IN License
  • IMLC Accepted
  • ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • EMR: Cerner
