- Reason for Coverage: Employed physician left market.
- 70% Hematology, 30% Oncology
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 3
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 15-20
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Hospital: 0 - No call required at this time.
- Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting
- Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
- Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist
- Board Certified - Required
- OH License & DEA - Highly preferred, willing to accept candidates needing to obtain license
- ACLS Certified - Required
- Flu Shot - Required
- COVID Vaccination - Highly preferred
