• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call
• 5 - 10 patients per day, 5- 10 new admissions per day, 10 - 15 inpatients/day, 4 ICU patients/day
• Upper GI endo with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, lower GI endoscopy
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
