• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Call, Weekend call, 24-hour shifts
• ACLS required
• 3 - 5 cases per 24 hour period
• ERCP, upper/lower GI endoscopy both diagnostic and therapeutic
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
