Responsibilities:

The Gastroenterologist will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality patient care in the field of gastroenterology
• Maintaining outpatient clinic services at the Merrick office
• Rotating inpatient duties at Mercy Hospital
• Participating in a call rotation with other specialists
• Ensuring compliance with medical protocols and vaccination requirements

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
• MD/DO degree required
• Current New York medical license
• Proficiency in gastroenterological procedures
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented

• Ability to work in a team environment
