• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, No call, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• ACLS and BLS required
• 2 - 6 patients per day
• Physician only sees new patients, does reads, and supervise mid-levels
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
