• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ABLS, ATLS, PALS, ACLS and BLS needed
• 5 - 10 patients per day
• Swan-Ganz catheter/hemodynamic monitoring, temp pacemaker, TEE, IABP, diagnostic caths, & more
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
