Locums Interventional Cardiology Opening Huntersville, NCIMLC Welcome

Looking for a high-impact locums role with an ongoing schedule and a flexible team? This opportunity in Huntersville offers a mix of cath lab work and call coverage in a supportive hospital setting.

Assignment Overview:

• Start Date: July 30, 2025

• Ongoing need open to multiple providers

• Call Schedule:

  • Every 3rd weekend (Fri 5pm Mon 7am)

  • 12 weekday cath lab shifts (7am5pm)

  • 12 weekday night calls (5pm7am)

Clinical Scope:

• Primarily performing heart caths only

• 78 combined inpatient/outpatient cases per day

• Admissions required

• 30-minute call response time

• Assigned and unassigned patients

• Hospital is stroke certified

• EMR: Epic

Licensing & Credentials:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Required

• Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology Required

• Active NC license or IMLC Accepted

• ACLS & BLS Required
