• 7am - 3pm shifts with 1:3 call -- weeknight call from home, 24h weekend call
• MD supervises 2 - 3 CRNAs
• 12 operating rooms in surgical facility
• 2 general MDs plus 1 CV MD and 8 CRNAs on staff
• EMR: Meditech
• General, ortho, gyn, neuro, spine, endo, OB, and urology procedures
• ASA 1-3 patients, ages 18 months to 80+ years
• Mileage reimbursement, rental car, and lodging covered
