OVERVIEW

Fast growing, regional private practice- single specialty group seeks an experienced senior Anesthesiologist to participate in organizational, administrative processes, strategy & operational meetings. Hospital is fully staffed with all subspecialties.

ROLE

' 4 physician rotation, with the following monthly cadence:

5 primary weekday call shifts (12h day followed by 12h call from home) per month with post call day off

5-day shifts (8-hour day) per month

2 primary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month

2 secondary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month

1 week completely off per month

POST CALL DAY IS OFF!

' Collaborative team of 8 MDs and 11 CRNAs
' OB has a 24/7 dedicated team (occasionally provide OB backup or CRNA Supervision for OB services)
' Case types include General, GI, Ortho, OBGYN, urology, radiology, CV, neuro

Ability to pick up additional shifts in OB, or OR for additional compensation.

PACKAGE

$500K 1099 for 39 weeks on

13 weeks off PTO plus Post Call Days Off = 195 days per year

REQUIRED /YOU/ SKILLS

'Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas
'Recent experience in Level 3 Trauma site preferred
'Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesia
