• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS, ATLS and BLS required
• 5 - 8 patients per shift
• Vascular surgery, aneurysm repairs, abdominal, arterial bypass, peripheral, vascular access devices
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
