Locums Psychiatry Opening Wilmington, NCCall Coverage | Inpatient Psychiatry | IMLC AcceptedAssignment Details
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Schedule:
    • 7 days on / 7 days off
    • Evening beeper call rotation
    • Call only (no clinic)
    • Residents may take first call depending on schedule
  • Setting:
    • Inpatient adult psychiatry unit
    • Emergency Medicine consults
    • One APP per provider
    • Opportunity to teach medical and resident students (preferred, not required)
  • EMR: Epic
  • Trauma Level: II
  • Facility Beds: 62
  • Average Census: 1012 patients per shift
  • Admissions: Required
  • Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients
  • Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Licensure & Certifications
  • Board Certification/Eligibility: Required
  • License: Active North Carolina license or IMLC accepted
  • Certifications: BLS required
