Premier ANES/Medical Director Role in Northeast, Near Urban Hub

Practice Details:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with a structured call rotation for balanced work-life integration.

Call Rotation: 1:4 rotation on 1st and 2nd call, providing 24-hour call coverage.

Case Types: Diverse caseload including cardiac cases, obstetrics, and ambulatory surgery among others.

EMR: Cerner

Medical Director:

Engage both clinically and administratively, overseeing staffing, practice operations, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.

Lead a cohesive anesthesia team of 8 physicians and 25 CRNAs, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits:

Total Compensation Earning Potential: Over $775,000 per year (including Salary, FMD Stipend, Cardiac Stipend, Sign-on Bonus).

Malpractice Coverage.

PTO: 11 weeks with a PTO buy-back program (approximately $10k per week).

Candidate Parameters:

Qualifications: Board Certified in Anesthesiology

Experience: Leadership experience highly regarded. Comfort with performing cardiac cases is preferred but not required.

Other: Candidates with malpractice or background issues will not be considered. J1 and H1b candidates will also not be considered.
