ROLE OVERVIEW

Will see patients in established 100% outpatient clinic. ONLY WILLING TO DISCUSS PART TIME

' Avg. 10-15 patients a day

' Take over for retiring physician

' Work from 1 location which has 3 exam rooms & 1 ultrasound room

' Schedule 10a-3p Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat. rare Wed or Thursday -3 hours

' Assisted by Medical Assistant & part time ultrasound technician

' Minimal phone call outside clinic

' Treatment plans include IV fluids, blood tests & ECP treatments

' EMR Cloud Care/Talk PHR with partially paper charting

COMPENSATION

Direct employee

$60 per hour

Malpractice paid

Raise after 4 months

SKILLS

'Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
'1+ years experience preferred
'Board Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Bilingual Spanish helpful
