Option 1: 1099 ContractorCRNA $330,000 Base + 13 Weeks Off

This unique opportunity offers exceptional compensation and a schedule designed for optimal work-life balance.

Position Details

• Location: Durango, CO

• Employment Type: 1099 Contractor

• Base Compensation: $330,000

• Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

• Time Off: 13 weeks annually

• Call: Minimal every 6th night & every 8th weekend

Clinical Requirements

• Regional anesthesia expertise

• Required Skills: Blocks, spinals, epidurals

• Certification: NBCRNA

• Experience: Strong regional block skills required

Option 2: W-2 EmployeeCRNA 410 Schedule + No Call

Enjoy a predictable schedule with no call and generous time off while working as a W-2 employee.

Position Details

• Location: Durango, CO

• Employment Type: W-2

• Compensation: Up to $230,357

• Commencement Bonus: $20,000

• Quality Incentive: $5,000

• Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts weekly

• Call: No call

• Time Off: Up to 9 weeks annually
