Job Description
Candidates must possess a PharmD and be able to obtain Tennessee pharmacist licensure prior to starting. Applicants should also have completed a PGY1 residency or have at least one year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience. Board Certification (BCPS) and residency training are preferred.
