Staff Pharmacist | $140-175k

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at a small Hospital and Retail Pharmacy. With a focus on both inpatient and retail coverage, you'll also have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Emergency Department. As part of a team that includes a Chief Clinical Officer Pharmacist and Staff Pharmacists, you'll collaborate to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 50% inpatient and 50% retail coverage
• Oversee medication inventory in the Emergency Department
• Serve an average Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) census of 85 patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Provide clinical consultations and medication therapy management
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies

Schedule:

• Day shift
• 8's or 10's
• Absolutely no call or weekend work!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary range: 140k-175k
• Maximum hire-in for new graduates (residency trained)

Requirements:

• Residency trained or 3 years of postgraduate experience
• Experience with critical access hospital and retail pharmacy settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise
• Ability to supervise support staff and work collaboratively with other healthcare providers
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
