Bastrop, Texas- 30 miles Southeast of Austin - Child and Adolescent - Psychiatry Job Opportunity

Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
Permanent job opening
Opportunity to work remotely, in part, based on virtual panel of patients that provider develops
Must be passionate about working with the underserved population who may be experiencing significant barriers to care and focused on improving access to quality mental healthcare
Possess extensive knowledge of DSM-5-TR
Bilingual English/Spanish language skills is a definite plus, but not required
Patient census- 14-16 patients per day; 30 minute time slots for appointments
M-F- 8am-5pm
Call schedule-1 week every 7 months on average
Visa candidates welcome
Accepts new grads
Must have current valid license to practice medicine in Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by The American Heart Association (AHA)
Must possess computer/technology skills to efficiently document using EMR system, conduct telemedicine visits, as well as communicating /meeting with colleagues virtually
