Locum Tenens Pediatric Hospitalist (IMLC Accepted)Location: Dover, DelawareSetting: Inpatient FacilityEMR: EPICAssignment DetailsCases: Inpatient acute care / med-surg / standard Pediatric Hospitalist cases Procedures: Must be comfortable with full scope of inpatient pediatrics (intermediate and below) Support Staff: RNs on siteRequirements
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months with likely extension
- Schedule:
- 12- or 24-hour shifts available
- Maximum shift length: 36 hours due to volume
- Flexible schedule: Will consider full-time or part-time (minimum 12 days/week)
- Patient Ages: Newborn to 18 years
- Unit: 6-bed pediatric inpatient (no PICU)
- Typical Volume:
- Newborn assessments/discharges: 710 per shift
- Pediatric unit: 13 patients per shift
- Certifications:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Pediatrics Required
- IMLC or Active State License Preferred (due to urgency)
- Reason for Need: Gap coverage
