Practice Setting

• Outpatient-only role at a newly constructed, state-of-the-art Women's, Babies', and Children's Center
• Facility includes 21 exam rooms, 3 assigned per provider, and shared procedure room
• Strong interdisciplinary team with access to onsite lab, X-ray, ultrasound, and pharmacy
• Participates in telehealth subspecialty consults (endocrinology/neurology) one half-day weekly
• Teaching and mentorship of family medicine residents and medical students encouraged

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • No hospital or after-hours call responsibilities
  • 80% clinical and 20% protected administrative time
  • Option for a 4-day work week at a prorated salary

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $245,000-$277,000 DOE, plus quarterly productivity bonuses and incentives for quality, access, and continuity
• Benefits package with medical, dental, vision, employer-paid life and disability insurance, and a 403(b) with 5% employer match
• Generous time off including up to 20 vacation days, 12 sick days annually, and 48 CME hours with a $3,000 allowance
