• Ideally looking for 5 days a week but can consider minimum 3 days a week
• 25 - 35 patient encounters per day in clinic, 5 - 6 surgical cases per week
• Looking for someone who can do both medical retinal & surgical retina but will consider medical only
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
