Locums OB/GYN Hospitalist Opening Tiffin, OhioOpen Dates (2025):

July 2(8:00 AM) July 8 (8:00 AM)
October 9 (8:00 AM) October 13 (8:00 AM)
October 23 (8:00 AM) October 27 (8:00 AM)
November 13 (8:00 AM) November 17 (8:00 AM)
December 18 (7:00 AM) December 22 (8:00 AM)

Shift Details:

Seeking 1-2 locume OB/GYN to help with provide on-call coverage, ongoing
24-hour call shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 AM; December 18 starts at 7:00 AM)
Out-of-house call with call back
Coverage includes ER OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery

Facility Details:

Location: Hospital in Tiffin, Ohio
Bed Count:
10 LDRP
3 Postpartum
1 Triage
12-bed Normal Newborn Nursery (No NICU/Special Care Nursery)

EMR: EPIC
Providers on staff: 2 Physicians, 5 Certified Nurse MidwivesClinical Scope:
Must be able to perform C-sections and all OB/GYN-related surgeries
OB: Average 25 newborn admissions per day, 34 average daily census
GYN: 40P% of workload; 14 surgeries per day
C-sections: 155% of cases
Pediatric census: 01 every two months

Requirements:

Board Certified in OB/GYN Required
Active Ohio Medical License Required
Certifications Required:
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
