October: 12, 6, 813, 29Nov 3

December: 1, 1015, 1718, 22, 29, 31

Call Coverage: On-call for most dates listed

Clinic Work: Some days include both clinic and call

Call Structure: CNMs take first call; OB/GYN called in for complicationsClinical Setting

Facility Type: 25-bed critical access hospital
Annual Births: ~120
Team Composition: OB/GYNs, FM/OBs, and CNMs
Department: Small but tight-knit, skilled, and community-focused

Skill Requirements

Strong GYN Experience Required
Routine GYN Procedures Include:
Endometrial ablation
IUD insertion/removal
Menopausal management
Failed medical management
Urinary incontinence care
