We are currently recruiting for a three-physician practice with the assistance of two part-time physicians operating out of two locations and multiple units in the area.

The group has three exciting opportunities available, each offering a full range of comprehensive benefits:

• General Nephrologist:
• • Responsibilities: Office -(No patients on Fridays), Dialysis Unit, call.
  • Call Schedule: 1:3
  • Partnership: Partnership available after two years with no buy-in, competitive starting compensation that increases in the second year, and  medical directorship.
  • Comprehensive Package: Includes malpractice insurance, family health + dental insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, disability insurance, life insurance, and four weeks of vacation in the first year (increasing to six weeks in the second year).

• Nephro-Hospitalist:
• • Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off
  • Comprehensive Package: Includes malpractice insurance, family health + dental insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, disability insurance, life insurance, Partnership available after 3 years with no buy-in.

• Office-based Nephrologist:

• • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with no weekends and no call duties.
  • Comprehensive Package: Includes malpractice insurance, family health + dental insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, disability insurance, life insurance, and four weeks of vacation in the first year (increasing to six weeks in the second year).
