We have a four-physician group where one doctor is retiring. They work out of one main hospital- 400 bed facility averaging 40 inpatients.  The group gets 5 to 10 consults a day. Usually, the physician on call stays at the hospital all week. Call would be one in four. They have one main unit next to the office with 140 dialysis patients and they have one home center that does home and PD with 100 patients that they see 1x a month. Initial starting salary would be $250,000. They provide malpractice insurance, family health insurance, retirement/profit sharing, six weeks’ vacation in year one which goes to 8 weeks in year 2.
