Contract Length: 1326 weeks
Schedule:
Full-time
5x8 shifts (MondayFriday)
Hours: 8:00 AM5:00 PM or 10:00 AM7:00 PM
No call

Coverage Type: Scheduled only

Average Daily Census: 18 patients (21+ preferred)

Shifts per Week: 5Clinical Requirements

Board Certification: Preferred (will accept BE)

State License: California license required (must be in-hand)

Certifications:

BLS: Required

DEA: Required

CSR: Not required

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Primary Care

Special Clinical Note: Infectious Disease and HIV experience strongly preferred (but not required)Compensation
