  • Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20
  • Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12
  • 13 Physicians in Your Group
  • 15 Patients Per Day
  • Level I Trauma Center
  • Board Certified - Required
  • Active IL license - Highly preferred
  • Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required
