- Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Active DEA - Required
- Must be able to offer/work 3 consecutive shifts and provide coverage from 7a-7a - Required
- Must disclose # of shifts per month ongoing - Required
- Gastroenterology Fellowship - Required
- Clean Malpractice/background Required
- Local/drive-in candidates only - open to non-local candidates
- 24 hour call (7a-7a) - 30 minute response time
- Setting: Inpatient, Call Trauma Level III
- FTE: 4.0
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Endoscopy, GI Bleed, Evaluation of GI problems
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: RN
- Reason for Coverage: Limited coverage
- Census: Adult, Adolescent
- Beds in Facility: 60
- PPD: 1-2 - 2-4 hour hospitalist admissions team
