Locums Primary Care Physician or APPLocation: Cheshire, ConnecticutStart Date: September 1, 2025Assignment Length: 69 monthsProvider Type: Physician or APP (NP/PA)Schedule & Hours
  • Clinic Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM12:00 PM, 1:00 PM5:00 PM
  • Admin Time: 4 hours per week
Clinical Details
  • Patient Volume: 1520 patients/day
  • Ages Seen: 5 years and up (including peds)
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care
  • Support Staff Provided:
    • Medical Assistant (MA)
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
