We're seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient clinic in a charming town in Fort Kent, Maine. This is a hospital-employed opportunity that combines rewarding practice with an incredible quality of life.

• Optional leadership opportunity to help oversee a network of nearby primary care clinics'perfect for physicians looking to grow into clinical leadership
• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend clinic hours
• No inpatient responsibilities - supported by a dedicated hospitalist team and 24/7 ER coverage

Compensation & Benefits:

• $300,000 base salary plus RVU bonus (negotiable based on experience)
