Outpatient Family Medicine – $300k, Sign-On, Loan Repayment

We’re seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient clinic in a charming town in Northern Maine. This is a hospital-employed opportunity that combines rewarding practice with an incredible quality of life.
The Opportunity:
- Optional leadership opportunity to help oversee a network of nearby primary care clinics—perfect for physicians looking to grow into clinical leadership
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend clinic hours
- No inpatient responsibilities – supported by a dedicated hospitalist team and 24/7 ER coverage

Compensation & Benefits:
- $280,000- $350,000 base salary plus RVU bonus (negotiable based on experience)
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
