Locum Tenens Urgent Care PhysicianLocation: Austin, TexasStart Date: August 1, 2025Duration: 1 yearPosition Type: Locum Tenens Urgent CareNeeding a provider with significant work comp experience in the Austin market for regular shifts Key Requirements
  • Board Certification Required:
    • Family Medicine (FM)
    • Emergency Medicine (EM)
    • Med-Peds
    • Experience:
      • 36 years preferred in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics
      • Must be comfortable treating pediatric patients aged 3 months and older
      • License:
        • Active Texas Medical License required
        • Local candidates only (no travel or lodging provided)
        • Certifications:
          • Board certification in FM, EM, or Med-Peds Schedule and Coverage
            • Clinic Hours:
              • MondayFriday: 8 AM 8 PM
              • Saturday: 8 AM 7 PM
              • Sunday: 8 AM 5 PM
            • Patient Volume:
              • Up to 3540 patients per day during 12-hour shifts (volume varies by location)
              • Floating:
                • Providers must be willing to float between nearby clinics Technology and Dress Code
                  • EMR System: Practice Velocity
                  • Dress Code: Solid-color scrubs only (no logos; scrubs cannot be black, white, or red)
