  • Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
  • Coverage Type: Outpatient clinic + call
  • After-Hours Call: Yes, based on rotation
  • Average Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day

PROCEDURES & SCOPE OF PRACTICE
  • Adult outpatient care
  • Pediatric general outpatient care
SUPPORT STAFF & ONSITE SERVICESSupport Staff:
  • Medical Assistants (MAs)
  • Receptionist
Onsite Services:
  • Point-of-care (POC) testing
  • Diagnostic imaging available in building
EMR
  • EHR System: Heathland
LICENSES & CREDENTIALING (REQUIRED)
  • Active Michigan medical license
  • Must be local candidate 
CERTIFICATIONS & BOARD REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • BLS and ACLS

  • Outpatient-only assignment
  • Ideal for providers available for a short-term locums commitment
