Schedule
  • Weekday shifts: 12 hours (8:00 AM 8:00 PM)
  • Weekend shifts: 8 hours (9:00 AM 4:00 PM)
  • Every 3rd weekend required
  • Will float to Staples and Deerwood Urgent Care as needed
Staffing Model
  • Typical coverage: 34 providers (APPs and/or Physicians)
Licensure & Board Requirements (REQUIRED)
  • BC/BE Family Medicine
  • Acute Care or Urgent Care experience preferred
Practice & Clinic Details
  • Brand new, modern clinic
  • Strong specialist and ancillary support
  • Case mix similar to office practice
Common Case Types
  • Pediatric visits
  • Respiratory conditions
  • Injuries
  • Orthopedic complaints
