• Provider will manage OB/GYN patients across hospital and call settings

• Mix of call, inpatient rounding, and surgical services

• Minimum 1 year experience required

• Time to credential: 4560 days

• Vaginal deliveries and C-sections

• General OB/GYN surgical procedures

• Inpatient rounding as needed (typically mornings)

• Provider will take call for scheduled coverage periods

• Call may be taken from hotel

• May collaborate with ED physicians, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics

• No outpatient clinic coverage

• 250300 deliveries annually

• Patient volume per physician per shift: 13 inpatient/postpartum

• Estimated non-delivery encounters: 12 per day

• High-risk diagnoses: ~30%

• Average procedures: ~4 per month

• Midwives: CNMs not yet on staff (working to hire)
