Facility located near major community resources and easily accessible from main roads. It's situated in a central area that serves as a hub for health and wellness services, making it simple for resident and caregivers to reach.

Clinician is expected to work 20 hours/wk. Onsite (NO TELE OFFERED); EMR is myAvatar, Training is provided. Will working from 8-5PM, may have the option to work a 10 hour day however this must be discussed with the team first.
