Locums OB Hospitalist Johnstown, Pennsylvania (IMLC Accepted)Assignment Details
  • Specialty: OB/GYN
  • Coverage Type: 24-hour call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
  • Call Type: Beeper (no in-house call)
  • Rounding: Up to 4 hours daily
  • Dates Needed:
  • December 2430
  • January 20, 22
  • March 17
  • April 22
  • Ongoing needed
  • Average On-Site Time: Generally6 hours per shift
  • Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
  • Trauma Level: I
  • EMR: Epic Scope of Services
    • C-section deliveries
    • Circumcisions and tubal ligations
    • Operative vaginal deliveries
    • OB/GYN surgical procedures
    • Assigned/unassigned rounding patients
    When the On-Call Physician is Called In:
    • Trial of labor after cesarean (TOLAC) patients in labor
    • Cesarean or antepartum rounds (if no MFM on call)
    • Requests from CNMs, ED, or consulting physicians
    • Maternal transfers from other facilities
    Support Staff
    • Full office staff and hospital delivery staff
    • Call structure includes: 1 Midwife, 1 OB/GYN, 1 MFM
    Licenses & Certifications
    • Board Certified / Board Eligible Required
    • Active Pennsylvania License Required or IMLC Accepted
    • Fellowship Required
    • ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Required
