• EMR: RPMS (Resource & Patient Management System)

• Required Procedures: Suturing, management of non-displaced fractures

• Support Staff:

• 2 RNs

• 4 Receptionists/Schedulers

• 4 Nursing Assistants (doubling as MAs)

• Board Status: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• License: Any state license accepted (IHS facility)

• Certifications:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS

• TB clearance (PPD or chest X-ray if prior positive)

• 2 MMR vaccinations or immunity (not required if born before 1957)

• Hepatitis B series

• Seasonal influenza vaccine

• COVID vaccination

• Practice History: No lapse in clinical practice in the 6 months prior to start

  Clinic Details:

• Located in the southeastern portion of the Navajo Nation

• Newer facility (opened in 1994)

• Serves a population of approx. 8,000

• Built-in Admin Time: Wednesday mornings (clinic opens at noon)

  Compensation & Support:

• Malpractice: A-rated coverage provided

• Payment: Weekly direct deposit

• Support: 24/7 recruiter access, full credentialing and onboarding

• Travel/Lodging: Not provided (all-inclusive rate)
