• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 4:30 pm - 7:30 am
• All Shifts Available: Weekdays, Days, Evening, Call, Weekend call
• Optional call schedule -- 1-3 admissions per call night when participating
• Willing to wait for license, BC required
• 6 - 10 patients per day in primary care role
• Team of 6 providers covering 60 pts avg daily census including long-term pts
• Responsible for the diagnosis and management of co-morbid medical problem and general primary care
• 3 to 6 month initial commitment preferred for ongoing need
