Job Description
A multi-specialty facility is seeking a maternal and fetal medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.
While on assignment in Central Ohio, visit the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens or visit downtown Columbus for dinner, which is located by the Scioto River!
Were looking for a Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine physician available to provide coverage starting June 1, 2025. The schedule includes clinic hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a mix of office/clinic duties, hospital rounding, and overnight consultative call (Friday 5 PM to the following Friday 5 PM). Clinic coverage is the priority, with availability for 45 days per week preferred. Taking night call is a plus, though call volume is low and provider discretion is respected. The call ratio is 1:5. Youll handle cases such as genetic disorders, pre-eclampsia, multiple pregnancies, growth restriction, chromosomal and congenital abnormalities, pre-term labor, hypertension, thrombophilia, and birth defects.
