Locums Urologist Opportunity Burien, WAFull-Time | Starting Late June | 34 Month Assignment | IMLC AcceptedRecruitWell is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist to fill a full-time locums role in Burien, Washington, located just outside Seattle. This assignment is ideal for urologists looking to provide high-quality care in a 90% outpatient, low-inpatient burden settingwith access to robotics and a supportive clinical team.Opportunity Overview:

Start Date: End of June 2025 (as soon as credentialed)
Assignment Length: 34 months
Schedule:
MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday: OR day (approx. 16 cases/day)
TuesdayThursday: Full clinic days
Friday: Half-day
Call: Night call and 24-hour call required (1:4 ratio, shared with 5 local urologists)
Must be available a minimum of 60 days and 45 days per week

Clinical Scope:

General urology care: cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, BPH, stone cases
Surgeries: 15 per week
Patient Volume: ~16 clinic patients/day
Inpatient Rounding: Max 12 patients; rounds before clinic or at lunch
Call Volume: ~45 calls/day; ~3 in-person calls/week
Robotic Surgery: Da Vinci system available
EMR: Epic

Facility Details:

Location: St. Anne Hospital 16251 Sylvester Rd SW, Burien, WA
Practice Setting: 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
Support Staff: RN, MA (Uro Tech), surgery scheduler, front desk
Exam/Procedure Rooms: 5 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms
Admissions: Handled by hospitalist team; urology serves as consulting

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified in Urology
WA Medical License or IMLC (with LOQ in hand) must state at name clear
Available full-time starting June
ACLS, BLS, DEA Required
No pediatric urology (adults only, occasional patients 16+)
