Clinical Opportunity:RecruitWell is seeking a board-certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to provide locum coverage in beautiful Rhinelander, WI, nestled in the heart of Wisconsins Northwoods. This is a high-urgency need due to a provider medical emergency, with opportunities for both short-term blocks and long-term coverage through December 2025and possibly beyond.

Assignment Details:

• Initial Coverage Blocks:

  • This is for call and clinic coverage. As well coverage going forward through Dec 2025 and possibly beyond. 16 days of clinic days and 23 days of call coverage needed. Willing to have several providers to cover these shifts

• Ongoing Needs:

  • Up to 16 clinic days and 23 call coverage days per month

  • Multiple providers can rotate through shiftsflexible scheduling encouraged!

• Duties:

  • OB/GYN call coverage

  • GYN procedures in both clinic and OR settings

  • Inpatient rounding and admissions

• Call Details:

  • Beeper call

  • 20-minute response time required

  • Call ratio: 100

• Facility:

  • Level III Trauma Center

  • 6-bed facility

  • EMR: Epic

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN Required

• Fellowship Required

• Active WI license or IMLC eligibility

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS Required
