Job Description

A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
Upstate New York is filled with beautiful sights to see like Niagara Falls, Watkins Glenn State Park, and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum!
The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. Docs are on 1st call and CRNA takes 2nd call. The on-call schedule will be 3:30pm - 7:00am. CRNAs are only called in when physicians are not available or they need help. The clinician will work one call per week and one weekend call per month. The clinician will not have post-call day off. The cases include Orthopedics, General Surgery, GI, ENT, Urology, and OB. CRNAs will place Spinals and Epidurals. There will be a mix of supervision and medical direction depending on the number of people they have. The facility has 7 rooms including 3 Endoscopy rooms.
